(1) Technical Steps Leading to the Conclusion of the Contract

A contract for the use of the products offered on this website can be initiated or concluded as part of the initial registration by clicking on the "Register" button or, after registration has already taken place, after logging in as a user by clicking on the "Upgrade Package" button.

The "Register" and "Upgrade Package" buttons are located in the top menu of the website and lead to an order screen.

The customer's company data are entered in the order form during initial registration. If the customer is already registered, the order form is automatically filled in with the most recently entered data.

The desired product is selected.
It is also possible to choose whether a contract for the use of the selected product should be concluded with immediate legal effect or whether the provider should merely submit an offer for the customer's use.

In the case of a legally effective order, the contract is concluded when the button "Order with Costs" is clicked.

If an offer is requested for the selected product, the customer will receive an offer by email, in response to which he can accept the submitted offer by email, fax or in writing.

(2) Storage and Accessibility of the Contract Text

In the event of an effective order, the contract text is sent to the customer in the subsequent confirmation email.

In the case of the offer to be submitted by the provider, the contract text is sent to the customer by offer email.

The respective contract files can thus be saved by the customer.

(3) Technical Means for Recognizing and Correcting Input Errors before Submitting the Order

The order or request for a quote is made as part of a so-called one-page checkout, i.e. the customer's data as well as the selection of the product and the procedure (order/quote request) are visible on a website.

Text fields can be corrected at any time using the computer keyboard until the button "Order for Costs" or "Request a Non-Binding Offer" is pressed. If drop-down menus are available, the selections made in them can be changed using the mouse until the one-page checkout is completed.

(4) Languages Available for the Conclusion of the Contract

The contract is concluded in German or English, as applicable.
