Measurement of Compensation Input [Demo]
Please check if the compensation is sucking in harmonics, generating transients or unbalanced loads due to defective contactors, or if it is even causing grid resonances. powerqualityonline explains how.
To measure the input of the compensation, connect the current clamps to the supply line or the feeder to the compensation. Thus, you only record the current to the compensation, not the current to the loads.
